In this process, we assess sites with and without planning permission throughout the South East. Once we have identified the best acquisition opportunities, Fred acquires land, and then we invite investors and equity partners to submit interests for consideration to become partners. In addition, we own development land that invites investors to invest capital to cover construction costs for a rejuvenating rate of return.
Once agreements are in place, we will set up the structure through SPV or Limited Liability Partnership—average net returns to run at more than 20% typically. We offer a healthy rate of return to our investors for partaking in our development schemes and becoming partners.
